Harrow forms a commercial hub in northwest London with a well-connected town centre that offers two shopping centres, parades of shops along Station Road and College Road as well as over 300 metres of a fully pedestrianised area along St Anns Road complete with cafes, restaurants, pubs and places to stay. Harrow Town Centre offers a range of parking facilities for disabled drivers.  There are dedicated disabled bays in Greenhill Way Car Park, in both St Anns and St George’s Shopping Centres, and on the service road off Greenhill Way by Diamond Court.

In St Anns Centre there are specially designated bays located on levels one and two. All levels of the car park are serviced by lifts. Disabled toilet facilities are located on the First Floor and Ground Floor Malls.

There is a Shopmobility service located on level 3 of St George’s Shopping Centre Car Park.  They provide the free loan of wheelchairs and motorised scooters on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  Call 020 8427 1200 for more information.

There is a defibrillator located in Marks & Spencer on St Anns Road and First Aid kits can be found in larger stores.  Trained first aiders are on site in both shopping centres.

There are baby changing cubicles in the toilets in St Anns and St George’s Shopping Centres.

In St Anns Centre there are specially designated parking bays for customers with small children in the car park, as well as lift access to all floors. Baby changing facilities are located on the First Floor and Ground Floor Malls, plus a breast feeding room on the Ground Floor.
