Carib & Co at St George’s Shopping Centre

Carib & Co will be at St George’s from 12pm – 4pm for a relaxed, friendly afternoon with something for everyone – from mindfulness colouring and free health checks to a mental health talk, dance and zumba performances, and even a few free hugs along the way.
There’s also a mindfulness walk around Harrow at 1pm, perfect if you fancy getting out, meeting others and taking a moment for yourself.
Free to attend and open to all – no matter your age or background.
