Open to Serve the Community

On Saturday 25th September all are invited to have a look around the brand-new facilities of Victoria Hall.  The Mayor of Harrow will proudly open the new space at 11am sharp! Please come along to have a look at how different the new facilities look and feel.

The Victoria Hall is a community facility for the people of Harrow.

Victoria Hall has three great new spaces which can be transformed to fit your needs.  The new spaces are modern, light and airy, a far cry from the previous building.

Whether you’re organising a weekly dance, yoga or drama class, a group celebration, the company AGM, a one-off or regular business meeting, planning a few months of hot-desking, or orchestrating an important business ideas session, the fabulous new spaces are versatile and accessible to everyone in central Harrow.

There will be a performance by members of Harrow Philharmonic Choir which was founded in 1959 and rehearsed in the old Victoria Hall.  Like other choirs, for many months they have been unable to meet ‘for real’ but have met virtually on Zoom. Several members will perform with the conductor John Wyatt. “We are pleased to be able to take part and entertain, and we are always ready to welcome new members” said John Ling, Chairman.  We also hope to exhibit work by a local artist, and experience other local talent including our local Michael Jacksons’ fancy footwork.
