New Guidelines Issued

Amid a sharp rise in Coronavirus cases in England, the Government has introduced stricter guidelines in order to try to prevent a second wave of transmissions and a devastating rise in hospital admissions. If you are visiting a type of business listed below you will need to leave contact details so that NHS Test and Trace can alert you if there is a Covid-19 case detected in the same place. The easist way for you to check-in is to download the NHS Test & Trace App and scan the QR code that is displayed.

Please remember to wear a face covering when in shops, hairdressers, shopping centres and all the following venues:

Hospitality:
  • restaurants, including restaurants and dining rooms in hotels or members’ clubs
  • cafes, including workplace canteens
  • bars
  • public houses

Leisure and tourism:

  • amusement arcades
  • betting and bingo halls
  • hotels and other guest accommodation provided on a commercial basis
  • indoor sport and leisure centres
  • libraries

Close contact services:

  • hairdressers & barbers
  • beauticians
  • nail bars and salons
  • skin and body piercing services
  • sports and massage therapists
  • tattooists

Local authority run services:

  • youth and community centres
